Experience is the key and that is what you’re after in the first place. Try to do well and create a nice portfolio for yourself as you go up the employment ladder which would reflect on your records. Most employers check the backgrounds of prospective employees for signs of unfavorable traits and incidents which past employers can provide on. If one lands in a job which you think is not suited for you and the challenges are not quite in your range, be frank with your employers so you can get options if they offer you with such, if not, better to get out and get another job that to be in a job that yeah, earns the green backs but kills you emotionally. If you’re not having fun in your job, then it’s not for you.
