Job Security is one thing and a totally different thing if you are not happy with your job. Try to shore up your stores by saving at least 6 month’s worth of salaries which should be enough to fuel your hunt for a new job. Remember that the slowing economy is sure sign that companies are holding off mass hiring so take that into consideration. If you live from paycheck to paycheck, then you might have to stick with your job a bit longer for you can’t afford to loose it. If you do quit, consider the benefits you will be loosing, food and transport allowances and most importantly health insurance the company may be giving you.
